Many times, we would want to send a collection of photos to a friend or family member but our e-mail account does not support huge files, or we don't want to jam the receiver's account. Also, changing the size of each photo can be a very tedious work, especially when our photo collection is large. This little program allows us to change the size of batches of images, as well as their name and format. Thus, we can take a whole series of photos, resize and rename them, and send them in a snap. Also, it is possible to change the image's format to any of the most popular ones, like BMP, JPG, GIF, PNG, TTF, and even PDF, which is one of the new features of this version. Each of the output formats have their own advanced settings; thus, we can choose the photometrics, the compression rate, the color depth, and so on. The program also has an advanced features menu which allows us to choose resizing parameters, rotate, crop, make adjustments to the image (brightness, contrast, saturation, and so on), and even add a text and/or a watermark to our images. The program is free for personal and educational use. If you intend to use it commercially, then you have to purchase a license.

This is the best solution to resize images in the Internet I was able to find.
A lot of modern tools are either have bad UI (with compromises to be "user-friendly"), or functionality is not enough.
That software just does its job as any good software should without any bs.
Must have tool for gamedevelopment.
Why do I need to download a bunch of Rubbish things before getting to the program that I want, I just will not download your program.
