FastStone Photo Resizer is more than its name implies. Besides helping you resize multiple pictures at the same time, this program also enables you to convert images between multiple formats, personalize photos by attaching text watermarks, rotate illustrations, and so much more.
This application might come in handy if you need to prepare multiple pictures for a photo album or collage and want all of the images to have a certain resolution or format. You can also use this program when organizing your photo collection for batch renaming images with just a few clicks.
In my testing, the program worked perfectly. It immediately converted images and resized the selected photos. Plus, it preserved the quality of the input files.
The only thing that bothers me regarding this utility is the fact that it supports a small amount of output formats comparing to the ones that you can import for editing or conversion. You can load PSD, ICO, PCX, EPS or WMF files, but you cannot export your altered pictures to these formats.
Still, this application is one of the best batch converting and renaming programs I used on my Windows PC. It gives you access to plenty of useful image editing options, preserves the quality of the original files, and immediately completes any given task. Plus, it comes with a reasonable price.

This is the best solution to resize images in the Internet I was able to find.
A lot of modern tools are either have bad UI (with compromises to be "user-friendly"), or functionality is not enough.
That software just does its job as any good software should without any bs.
Must have tool for gamedevelopment.
Why do I need to download a bunch of Rubbish things before getting to the program that I want, I just will not download your program.
